Linda grew up in the Stella Community of Giles County, graduated from Minor Hill School and received her Associates Degree from Cumberland College. She joined our staff after retiring from Allstate Insurance Company in Nashville, where she was an Administrative Secretary and Compliance Coordinator. Linda and her husband Jim live in Leoma, Tennessee.

Ginny Whybrew - Paralegal
Ginny and her family recently moved to Prospect, Tennessee from Leesburg, Florida. She recently joined our firm in August of 2008; however, she has been working in the legal field for about 6 years. She graduated in 2002 from Lake-Sumter Community College with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Cindy Freemon
Cindy was born in Leoma, Tennessee, and lived a portion of her life in Chicago, Illinois before moving back to Leoma, Tennessee in the 1980’s. Cindy graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1967, and attended Hyles-Anderson College in Schererville, Indiana majoring in Secondary Education. Cindy taught school in Lawrenceburg until 1989 when she attended and graduated from National Career College with a Legal Secretary Certificate. Cindy has worked in the legal field since 1989 in all areas of practice. Cindy and her husband Jim live on their farm in Leoma, Tennessee.

I was born and raised in Pulaski, Tn. I graduated from Giles County High School in 2004 and from Kaplan Career Institute in December of 2008 with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. I am also a member of the Middle Tennessee Paralegal Association

Haley Powell-Receptionist
Haley grew up in Savannah, Tennessee where she graduated from Hardin County High School in 2007 and later received her Associates degree from Jackson State in 2010. She got married in May of 2010 and moved to Pulaski where shortly after she joined our firm in June. Haley and her husband Andrew currently reside in Pulaski.
