Robert D Massey earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1982 from
the University of Memphis School of Law. Robert was appointed
the Tennessee 22nd Judicial District Public Defender from 1987-1992.
Robert Massey entered private practice in 1992. He has served in
many capacities in various Legal Associations and Civic
Associations. Robert Massey is rated AV in Martindale Hubbell-
indicates preeminent legal ability with highest rated professional and
ethical standards. 
West Tennessee native Kyle Dodd has recently joined the law practice of Bob Massey of Pulaski. Originally from Paris, Tenn., Dodd graduated in May 2005 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the Trial Advocacy Board and the law school's Mock Trial Team, having won the Parham-Williams trial competition during his first year at the school. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2002 from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, where he competed at the local, regional and national levels of Mock Trial award for his participation in the program. 
Long-time Middle Tennessee resident Shara A. Flacy recently joined the law
practice of Robert D. Massey & Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree with high honors at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where
she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Flacy earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence
from the University of Tennessee School of Law. She received her license
to practice law in Tennessee in 1981 and in Alabama in 1984. Flacy was
elected the Tennessee 22nd Judicial District Public Defender from 1992-1998.
