The Law Office of Robert D. Massey and Associates prides itself on the aggressive, economical, and ethical representation of its clients in both civil and criminal courts throughout southern Middle Tennessee and beyond.

The firm has represented physicians, lawyers, various businesses, persons with domestic relations issues, and persons injured in accidents as well as those who are charged with criminal violations for over twenty five (25) years.  During this time we have obtained settlements and/or verdicts in excess of a million dollars in civil court and have obtained not guilty verdicts in death penalty cases in criminal court.

Mr. Massey and staff are additionally truly concerned and involved with our clients who have domestic relations issues which include divorce, child custody and support, and adoption.  We also represent persons in social security disability cases as well as the families of persons neglected and/or abused in nursing homes..

Our firm has also represented clients at all levels of appeals in state court.
